However if you do not have a Netherlands bank account yet, we will consider cash payment at the hall provided it is agreed with us upfront. …Ans: No, We cannot entertain “walk-ins”. Food is arranged only for the registered number of people. “Walking-in” will cause food shortage and also might cause space constraints. This will create inconvenience everyone. Hence “walk-in” without any agreement with the organizers is not allowed.
