Refunds
On unforseen events which refrains you from being able to join the event, we will be glad to help you with a refund until 1 week before the event date. Please send us an email to {email}. One of our volunteers will check and process the refund request.
Later than 1 week before the scheduled event date, its very difficult to process refund / cancel registration requests, as we would have already made commitments to our venue and food caters. So we request your kind co-operation for the same.
